The room charges are as follows:
Main hall: £15 per hour
Meeting room: £12 per hour
It is also possible to book the whole building for £27 per hour.
(Unless you hire the whole building, it is possible for another group to book the Meeting Room/Main Hall at the same time. Please keep this in mind.)
To find out if the hall is available for hire at the time you would like, the calendar at the bottom of this web page can be used to view existing bookings. Although the calendar is generally up-to-date, it is possible that additional booking requests have been sent to us in the meantime which have not been processed by the Village Hall Committee yet. Please keep this in mind.
If you have any special requirements, please add them in the “questions or comments” box at the bottom of the booking form and we will do our best to accommodate.
A deposit will be required after a booking has been approved by the Village Hall Committee to secure the requested date/time. This is £30. Payment details will be sent through to you via email after the booking has been approved.
By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. Please note that the hirer must take responsibility for cleaning the hall and leaving it in its original condition after use.
The final hire payment must be paid before the event takes place. If you would like to make repeat bookings, please add this information into the “questions or comments” section of the booking form and we will contact you to discuss options.
